Up to Date: Joe Kelly on Space Ghost - Underrated. Orson Scott Card extends Ultimate Iron Man from one six issue mini to two five issue minis, author's opinions on homosexuality come into play on the first page, Matt Brady puts a stop to it because it's derailed the past few UIM threads and lays the hammer down on trolling, second page features cries of censorship, including the phrase "megalomaniacal despot." Spike from Buffy: The Vampire Slayer gets a comic The info in full: Posting in the thread following Newsarama?s preview of their upcoming Angel: The Curse miniseries, IDW Editor in Chief let a little more of the company?s plans for the property slip. When asked by a reader about the possibility of seeing Spike again, Ryall responded: ?All you Spike fans, look for a one-shot in August, too, written by Peter David.? Addendum, from PAD's blog: Yes, as per the Newsarama item, I will be writing a one-shot "Spike" comic for IDW in August. Long time "Buffy" fans will appreciate the concept that Spike winds up squaring off against none other than Hallie the Vengeance Demon, who has a rather unique connection to Spike that was hinted at during season six of BtVS. This story will actually address that connection, shedding some interesting light on Spike's origins. :D post comment
